Two additional bedrooms are located off a long picture filled corridor. Both are spaciously appointed with a decor of rich textiles and artistic embellishments. Each features a mezzanine loft that can be used to accommodate additional guests.

The same feeling of luxury is evident in both en-suite bathrooms yet they are not identical. An oversized bathtub, outdoor rain shower and a distinctive vanity are the common elements.

Charming Garden
Villa Kalyana has the privilege of a vast garden with a manicured lawn and different species of tropical flora. The extended length swimming pool has been designed for laps and is surrounded by a timber sundeck with ample outdoor furniture for entertaining.

A small gladak (Javanese wooden pavilion) placed next to the pool makes a great playhouse for children or a shady spot to retreat from the sun. Traditional glass lanterns hang from the gladak’s timber rafters to project a soft glow over the garden after dark.

Tropically modern in design, this spacious villa is adorned with a traditional Balinese doorway, koi-filled ponds, cosy furniture, a 10 metre swimming pool and a fully-equipped European kitchen. Accomodation
Sky House can easily accommodate up to 6 people but due to the villa’s layout, we recommend it for one couple in the master suite and one couple with 2 children in the family suite. It consists of a bedroom and an entertainment room with folded sofa, transformable into the third double bed. An extra bed or baby cot is also available upon request. Both suites occupy the first floor of the villa which and every suite also has balcony. The stairway to the second floor and a roof top Sky Lounge terrace is beautifully decorated with a natural stone carving from Ramayana and Barong stories. There is also a tiny waterfall, colourful paintings from local artists and a 3 meter high ceiling lamp made of natural shells.

The master suite is an oversized room with floor to ceiling French doors, traditional wooden dome style ceiling and laminating floor. There is a 2×2 meter master bed, an armchair with ottoman and reading lamp, and a 47’’ flat screen TV with home theatre sound system and an en-suite bathroom connected to spacious walk-in cabinet. The family suite is suitable for a family with two kids to sleep in the two connected rooms (one bedroom and one media room) with shared entrance, bathroom and balcony.

There are comfortable King Koil mattresses on every double bed adorned with quality natural cotton linen and two pillows for every guest.

Sky House is located only a stone’s throw from the island’s most beautiful beaches with five star hotels and restaurants. Accommodation
Recently completed in 2010, the King Villa is the most spacious of the two, yet the Queen villa is equally luxurious and tranquil. The villas, set at an elevation of nearly 1000 meters, offer the best views in Bali. This includes 200-degree views of Bali’s volcanoes, distant beaches and cool evening sunsets.

King Villa
The largest of both 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom is the King Villa (sleep 12 to 14 persons). The King Villa has approximately 6,000 sq. ft. of open interior living space and a spacious outdoor lounge and entertaining area around the large 40 ft. moon shaped pool. This villa is the perfect vacation rental for large families and groups. The King Villa with its large outdoor and indoor entertaining areas makes this villa very popular for weddings and catered parties up to 150 people.

Queen Villa
The Queen Villa is modestly smaller than The King Villa at approximately 4,500 sq. ft. interior and is beautiful in its own right containing 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (sleep 12 to 14 persons) with a private 35 ft. Pool and Buddha waterfall with a huge outdoor gazebo lounge area fit for a Queen. The surrounding pool deck is suitable for intimate outdoor gatherings up to 40 persons and the interior ground floor can also accommodate catered parties up to 40 persons.

The Villas

Nusa Dua with most of Bali’s international 5-star hotels, the “Bali Collection” shopping center and the “Bali Golf & Country Club” as well as the international airport can be also reached within 15 or 20 minutes. It’s around 25 minutes to Kuta with its great variety of shops, restaurants and night life, and about 30 to 40 minutes to Sanur’s hotels, restaurants and shops.

Water Spa Villas I
From the main entrance of “Water Spa Villa I” you step into the open dining area just next to the modern kitchen. The large wooden dining table accommodates 8 guests in comfort. The living pavilion features comfortable sofas and a BOSE Sound System. Original modern paintings and local artifacts are used throughout the villa for decoration. On the other side of the private pool is the Spa Pavilion with three massage beds.

Each villa’s private swimming pool features a Jacuzzi with powerful jets, and there are lotus ponds and other water features in each of the “Water Spa Villas”. A 50-meter lap pool is shared by and accessible from all five villas.

Water Spa Villas II to IV
“Water Spa Villas II to IV” each consist of two buildings and an open pavilion with a traditional thatched roof. The main building accommodates the bedrooms, the other building the kitchen and open plan dining & living area furnished with a dining table for 4 persons and comfortable sofas with soft cushions. Both building overlook the swimming pool and tropical garden and the open spa pavilion.

Each villa’s private swimming pool features a Jacuzzi, and there are lotus ponds and other water features in each villa. Along the border facing north, there is a 50-meter lap pool shared by and accessible from all five villas.

Water Spa Villas V
From the main entrance of “Water Spa Villa V” a few steps lead into the open living and dining area overlooking the garden, the private swimming pool and the spa pavilion. There are comfortable sofas and a BOSE Sound System. The dining area features a large table for 8 guests. Original modern paintings and local artifacts are used throughout the villa for decoration.

Next to the private pool is the Spa Pavilion with two massage beds. Each villa’s private swimming pool features a Jacuzzi with powerful jets, and there are lotus ponds and other water features in each of the “Water Spa Villas”. A 50-meter lap pool is shared by and accessible from all five villas.

The master bedroom has a queen-size four-poster bed, a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite marble bathroom with double sinks, a large open-air double shower and a large sunken bath tub set under the stars and surrounded by a lotus pond.

The main guest bedroom is on the second floor offering a spectacular view of the sea and Bali’s mountains. It has a marble bathroom with two sinks. The study/3rd. bedroom features two convertible sofa beds. It has its own marble bathroom with two sinks, bathtub and shower.

Water Spa Villas II to IV
The “Water Spa Villas II to IV” has one master bedroom and one study/2nd bedroom with convert-able sofa beds and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a four-poster queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite marble bathroom with a large shower (two shower heads) and a large sunken bath tub set within a lotus pond.

The study/2nd bedroom is separated by a sliding glass door and thick curtains. It features two convertible sofa beds. It has its own marble bathroom with two sinks, bathtub and shower.

Water Spa Villas V
The three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms of the “Water Spa Villa V” are set next to each other in a separate building and overlook the garden and the private swimming pool. There are one master bedroom, one guest bedroom and a study/3rd. bedroom with convertible sofa beds – to accommodate up to 6 guests in total.

The master bedroom has a queen-size four-poster bed, a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite marble bathroom with double sinks, a large open-air shower with two shower heads and a large sunken bath tub set under the stars within a lotus pond.

The main guest bedroom is next to the living/dining area, overlooking a pond. It has a marble bathroom with two sinks and a sunken bath tub also set within a lotus pond. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, a refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. Bedrooms and study are air-conditioned. In the master bedroom you find a 32″ LCD TV set connected to a satellite system to receive over 50 international news programs, sports and movie channels (VCD and DVD players and a selection of movies are available on request). A BOSE sound system is installed in living/dining area for great sound experience.

The full-time house staff lives nearby and includes a trained cook, maids and houseboys to clean and handle your laundry, gardeners and security guards. The “Bali Impian Suites” consist of two suites in one building – the Spa Suite on the upper floor and the Pool Suite on the garden level. They are set in the exclusive “Bali Impian Estate” compound adjacent to the 4-bedroom “Villa Bali Impian”. Complete privacy is created with high growing bamboo and other tropical plants in the carefully landscaped garden with colorful hibiscus and frangipani trees. These suites are a perfect retreat for couples who look for luxury and total privacy but do not want to stay at a hotel or rent a larger villa.

Accommodation
You enter the Bali Impian Suites from the parking area through large, antique carved double doors. Both suites are centrally air-conditioned, and each consists of one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a spacious living room (with one convertible sofa bed), a large covered terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms and living rooms are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated with original paintings and local artifacts.

The centrally air-conditioned living rooms and bedrooms of each suite are divided by a wide sliding door, and there are also large sliding doors in each room opening on to the terrace. Furnishings in the living rooms include a desk and large, comfortable sofas one of which can be converted into a bed if required. The state-of-the-art 32 inch LCD TV sets in the living rooms are connected to a satellite system to receive over 50 international news programs, sports and movie channels (a DVD player is available on request). There is a BOSE Wave Radio/CD player in each bedroom for outstanding stereo sound (cables to connect your personal MP3 player provided), and you’ll find a choice of books, magazines and games such as Chess, Backgammon, playing cards, etc. in the living room.

Each suite has its own direct IDD telephone line with a phone in the bedroom and a fax/phone on the desk in the living room. The “Pool Suite”
The “Pool Suite” is located on the garden level and has a private 12 x 18 ft. (4 x 6 meter) swimming pool tiled with green natural stone, and there are two deck chairs in the tropical garden facing an ornately carved sandstone wall picturing Asian deities. The dining table on the covered terrace is large enough for six to eight guests.

The Bedroom
Your bedroom has a king-size bed with luxurious down feather pillows and down feather duvets and black-out curtains to guarantee undisturbed sleep even during daytime. The marble bathroom has a large soaking bath tub, a separate shower cabin, high-quality cotton towels, hair dryers, make-up mirrors, cotton house coats, sandals, a variety of bathroom amenities, etc.

Kitchen & other Facilities
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, toaster oven, blender, refrigerator, glasses (for soft drinks, beer, wine, champagne, etc.), crockery, cutlery, etc. A back-up power generator guarantees electricity and water supply for the whole estate in case of black-outs (which do happen in Bali from time to time). An environmentally friendly bio system takes care of the estate’s waste water.

The well-trained house staff lives on the property in a separate building and includes maids and house boys to clean the premises and handle your laundry, gardeners, 24-hour security guards, and excellent cooks to prepare delicious Indonesian and Western meals. The Villa
You enter the “Bukit Hideaway” via a stair case from the street level private parking. All guest areas (i.e. living/dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathrooms and the terrace with the swimming pool and an open pavilion) are located on one floor several meters above street level and offer a spectacular view over the sea, Kuta, Sanur, and Bali’s mountains. The living room has two comfortable sofas and large glass doors opening up to the terrace with the swimming pool. There is a stereo system with CD player, and the 29 inch TV set is connected to a satellite system to receive over 50 international news programs, sports and movie channels. The open-air dining area has a table large enough for up to eight guests and is located next to the open-plan kitchen.

Bedrooms
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, a comfortable lounge chair, a TV set and large doors opening up to a small garden area. It shares a smallish bathroom with a shower cabin with the 2nd. Guest Bedroom which has two large queen-size beds and a glass door leading to a private terrace.

The Pool Bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, and a desk with a fax/phone. Here you can also connect your laptop computer for dial-up Internet access. In all bathrooms you’ll find oversized cotton towels and bathroom amenities such as bath gel and shampoo, and there are cotton house coats, sandals, a shopping bag, etc. in the bedrooms.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, toaster oven, blender, refrigerator, glasses (for soft drinks, beer, wine, champagne, etc.), crockery, cutlery, etc. There is a direct IDD telephone line with a phone in the dining area. A personal electronic safe is installed in the wardrobe in the Master Bedroom.

The house staff includes a maid and house boy to clean the premises and handle your laundry and a well-trained cook to prepare delicious Indonesian and Western meals. A free massage is part of the service, and additional in-house Spa and beauty treatments are available at nominal cost. Your air-conditioned car with driver is included in the rates and at your service whenever needed.

Location
The location on the hill less than 10 minutes South of Jimbaran beach usually guarantees sunny days even when it’s raining in the rest of Bali, and it offers easy access to all parts of the island. A drive of about 15 minutes takes you to the famous Uluwatu Temple, to Bali’s most challenging surf breaks and to beautiful “secret” beaches. Nusa Dua with most of Bali’s international 5-star hotels, the “Galleria Shopping Center” and the “Bali Golf & Country Club” as well as the international airport can be also reached within 15 or 20 minutes. It’s around 25 minutes to Kuta with its great variety of shops, restaurants and night life, and about 30 to 40 minutes to Sanur’s hotels, restaurants and shops.

The Villa
The villa consists of three buildings all featuring traditional thatched roofs. The main building accommodates the spacious living and dining area and the modern open-plan kitchen. The spacious living/dining area is furnished with a dining table for up to 8 guests and antique sofas with cushions. There is a television with satellite receiver to enjoy over 50 international news programs, sports and movie channels. Large ceiling fans guarantee permanent ventilation. The living and dining areas overlook the large swimming pool and the Indian Ocean.

The Bedrooms
The four air-conditioned bedrooms occupy two 2-storey wings on both sides of the main building. The two upstairs bedrooms have king-size beds and terraces, and each of both downstairs bedrooms has 2-single beds, a terrace and its own small private garden. All bedrooms feature large folding doors opening up to the terrace and enjoy great ocean views. Each bedroom has its own open-air bathroom with sink and shower.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, juicer, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, etc. The well-trained house staff lives on-site and nearby and includes a cook, a maid and house boy to clean and handle your laundry, gardener & security guards. Your personal Butler will take care of all your arrangements from planning meals, serving your afternoon tea, and arranging parties in your villa to visiting attractions, going shopping or organizing other activities and is available around the clock.

A free massage on arrival is part of the service, and additional in-house Spa & Beauty treatments and Yoga workshop are available at nominal costs. An air-conditioned car with driver is included in the rental rate and at your service whenever needed.

Location
Villa Bayu is located on the Bukit, the hill south of the airport, and offers a spectacular view of the Indian Ocean and Bali’s famous sunsets.
