Villa Yoyo is positioned around two sides of the large 17 x 6.5 meter lap pool, which is tiled with green Java stone and complemented by a serene Buddha statue and an outdoor rain shower. Privacy and security is maintained by an encompassing garden wall. At one end of the pool is a relaxation pavilion, known as a ‘bale bengong’. Furnished with cushions, it is great for chilling out with a book or taking an afternoon nap. Accommodation at Villa Quefas
Villa Quefas housed all of its accommodation facilities in a single house. The main two-floors building houses two en-suited bedrooms downstairs with spacious terrace and an extra-large en-suited master bedroom upstairs with a dedicated study room convertible into the 4th bedroom. The wing adjacent to the two-floors main building has open living and dining areas surrounded by lush tropical garden, expansive lawn, and large kidney-shaped swimming pool made of natural stone.

Living and Dining Areas
Entering the inner gate from private parking area, an artificial bridge across lotus pond leads to an open corridor serving also as terrace of the downstairs bedrooms. On the right-hand side of the corridor are two en-suited bedrooms. Between the two bedrooms is a compact yet sufficiently-equipped kitchen. A stairway to the master bedroom upstairs is located right after crossing the lotus pond.

To the left hand side of the corridor, the opposite side of the two bedrooms is an open living and dining areas. Overlooking ample lawn across the swimming pool, the living and dining areas is also surrounded by tropical garden on its two other sides, ensuring the breeze to freely circulate throughout. The living area has couches and equipped with TV offering international channels as well as a DVD player. The dining area offers a dining table seating 8.

Bedrooms
The first guest bedroom downstairs offers a canopied double bed and a sofa. When its large doors are open, the garden and the swimming pool can be enjoyed from both the sofa and the bed. Large windows on another side overlook the lotus pond just behind the inner entrance gate.

The second guest bedroom, also downstairs, is slightly smaller and simpler. Doors and windows are facing terrace overlooking the garden behind the living and dining areas. Whilst it furnished simpler than the other guest bedroom – double bed without canopy and without sofa – it is also air-conditioned en suited.

The master bedroom is located upstairs. Its extra large space as well as wooden floor and ceiling make the room cozy and warm. It has four-posters bed, a sofa, a working desk, and still a lot of extra spaces. It also has a separated study room which can be converted into an additional bedroom to accommodate more.

All the three bedrooms have classic terazzo en-suite bathroom each with large bathtub, wash basin, and running hot and cold water. A modern comfort in classic style.

Despite of its affordable price, Villa Quefas offers everything you will expect from a luxury villa accommodation. Villa Staffing
Cleaning and maid service are available, however the staff is not dedicated to Villa Quefas only. Security guards, maids, and gardeners are shared with an adjacent Villa Beatrice. During your stay you will have the maids cleaning the villa every day. When cleaning is done for the day, they will be available during normal working hours at a staff area adjacent to the parking. After hours and at night, house keeping staffs will go home. Security guard is available at night.

The villa welcomes families with additional beds available for younger children. The main living pavilion is open on all sides for a taste of tropical living at its best. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, fan-cooled and feature plasma televisions with satellite channels and DVD players.

The 4th bedroom is located on the ground floor with a king sized bed and a spacious en-suite garden bathroom. Villa Kipi has 5 staff in total including a house manager, chef, housekeeping, Gardener and pool attendant. Massage treatments are available on request. Car hire can also be arranged at an additional cost. Villa Kipi comfortably accommodates up to 8 people.

Contemporary Design
While both villas favour a design that is clearly contemporary, the entrance to the complex is a magnificently carved gateway reminiscent of a bygone era. A narrow path edged in bamboo shoots is used to access each villa, which is secured behind a heavy wood panelled door. Inside reveals a stylishly appointed compound that blends modern furnishings with distinctive pieces of ethnic artistry.

Tropical Living
The main living environment is a visually appealing high roofed structure with lots of windows and sliding glass doors for natural lighting and air circulation. It features a dining area with an oversized table created out of a single length of polished timber. The kitchen alcove, with its terrazzo countertops and mosaic tiling, comes fully equipped with branded appliances and table ware. The far end of this integrated space is set up for relaxation with a comfortable sofa, flat screen television and home entertainment system.

Elevated Study
A floating staircase rises up to a cosy mezzanine level that functions as a study cum library. Fitted with a large desk and storage cubicles, it is a quiet niche to read or check business affairs back home by dealing with urgent emails and correspondence.

Modern Sleeping Quarters
Both bedrooms are located within a separate structure featuring full length glass doors that overlook the swimming pool. The master suite is an adult sanctuary where a minimalist decor and modern home comforts create a calming ambience for rest and romance. The en-suite bathroom comes with a giant bathtub for spa-styled bathing. Twin beds are set up in the second bedroom making it a child-friendly retreat with its own en-suite bathroom facility.

Outdoor Delights
The outdoor environment has been designed to embrace the healthy attributes of tropical living. The swimming pool is replenished by a flowing water-wall that soothes the senses and brings harmony to this small landscaped setting. A wide sundeck accommodates four reclining beds for lazy days spent around the pool. There is also a handy outdoor rain shower to rinse off after each dip.
