The Villas
All villas (3 units two bedrooms villa) are appointed with wonderful contemporary design. The living and dining areas are open into the pool area while each bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom. This single-storey 2-bedroom villa area is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the laid-back lifestyle for which Bali has become so famous.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has its own day bed, dressing area and fully equipped ensuite bathroom. The villa is equipped with a flat screen cable TV, a DVD/CD player, a safe deposit box, and a wi-fi internet connection.

A large connecting garden gate door links 2 villas, joining the two properties, when required, to form a 4-bedroom villa.

The Living Rooms

Villa Umah Kedash located 25 minutes away from the airport, Villa Umah Kedash is in the center of BALI S fabled shopping, dinning, beaches and night-life centers of Legian/Seminyak. Yet, upon entering the property one feels the warmth, quietness and serenity of Bali.

The property designed and built by award winning New Zealand designed Ross Franklyn has been featured in the Bali press as a million dollar hideaway. Villa Umah Kedash consists of a main house and entertainment center also housing the Master Bedroom. Several Villas are discretely hidden in the gardens as guest pavilions, each featuring Bali Garden Bathrooms and air conditioned.

Fully Staffed
The main building features an Alang-Alang (Bali grass) roof soaring to over 20 the property is surrounded by old stone walls of indeterminate age. A Staff of seven fully trained people insures 24 hour coverage and attends to the guests every need. A professional manager who is English speaking can arrange everything from guides, shopping tips as well as restaurant suggestions. A western trained Asian fusion Chief can accommodate dining pleasures as fine as any Balinese restaurant or buffet parties for up to 60 people. On those occasions additional parking is also available adjacent to the premises.

Upon entering the property you are greeted by several Balinese guardians long dead and memorialized in stone by one of Bali s master stone carvers, a tropical pond with old Bali water gods provides a sense of the Bali Character. To the Right are the staff quarters and a full laundry area. To the left is the entertaining area furnished in a blend of valuable Indonesian antique furniture and artifacts and contemporary works. The spacious living, dining and entertaining area is complete with a full music, video system as well as CD/VCD/DVD library.

Bedroom
The Master Bedroom is spacious complete with mosquito netted canopy bed. Fans and air-conditioning complete the room. The Master Bath features a shower, bath tub and outdoor orchid garden. The two other pavilion villas are unique. Villa Nikki is hidden amongst a rice terraced garden and is flanked by sculpture and a coy pond. It is fully air-conditioned and consists of a living bedroom suite and Balinese garden Bath room. Villa Madura is two stories the upper floor overlooks the night market, sacred mountains. And pastures. The garden level has a living area which can double as a forth bedroom.. A separate entrance can also service this villa. Of course the main bedroom is air-conditioned. The pool is and large and kidney shaped. It is Children Friendly featuring wide areas of shallow lounging or children play area. The professional staff can provide any level of baby sitting services.

Garden
Professionally designed and maintained gardens in a rice terrace motif feature seven different varieties of fruit trees, over 70 species of plants and flowers. Your auditory experience is accentuated by several families of rare birds At least three are open to suggestions in learning their next words.

Sunsets

Le Jardin Villa is a small group of eleven properties off Jalan Sarinande; superbly located in the heart of Seminyak, 200m to the Seminyak beach; over 10 km long sunset beach; 5 minutes walk to Bali’s best restaurants and nightlife; 20 minutes drive from Bali’s International Airport; 30 minutes drive to Bali’s world class golf course at Nusa Dua. Their location makes them ideally situated for easy access to Seminyak beach and to the bars and restaurants for which the area is renowned.

Privacy and luxury beach living have inspired Le Jardin’s concept. Developed on 4,000m2 of land, there are nine 2-bed villas and two 3-bed villas set in a delightful garden setting with some very old trees, including some fine, aged specimens of Frangipani. The thoughtfully designed layout of the villa made for a feeling of relaxation and the furnishings are tasteful and comfortable.

The Joglos

The Joglos complex is a peaceful oasis nestled in the area around Seminyak, on Bali’s south-western coast. This quite, safe, fashionable area is twenty-five minutes drive from the international airport, and convenient for all of the main shops, tourist attractions and vibrant nightspots. The Joglos villas are just a few minutes’ walk from the white-sanded Petitenget Beach, well-known for its breathtaking sunset and panoramic coastline views. A wide choice of internationally renowned fine dining restaurants, including the famous KuDeTa, Hu’u, Living Room, and La Lucciola are also all within a walking distance.

The Joglos is a complex of four beautiful villas: Villa Sara, Villa Tess, Villa Emma, and Villa Louise. All the main houses are a fully restored traditional Javanese Teak “Joglo” house, fused with modern day fittings and furniture. Each spacious villa sits discretely within its own secure walled garden, accessed by a private entrance.

The main house is containing two master bedrooms equipped with AC, both featuring an outdoor en-suite bathrooms with hot-cold shower. A fully equipped kitchen and a simple but stylish dining room areas are joining together, allows for a comfortable and elegant dining.

A few steps from the ethnic interior designed living area, you plunge into a ten-meter saltwater swimming pool. At the opposite of the main house, on the other end of the pool, the self-standing third bedroom is a gorgeous full teak bungalow with an outdoor en-suite bathroom. The land size of 400m2 and building size of 150m2 of each villa allows the owner to present a simple structure and lay out, yet leaving you warm and cozy feeling that arouse from its surrounding.

Each villa at The Joglos is facilitated with modern entertainment system, including flat screen TV with satellite TV program and a DVD player. Wireless broadband internet will keep you connected to the outside world without taking you away from your own personal tropical oasis. And each bedroom is equipped with Safe Deposit Box to make sure your mind rest in peace.

The villa staffs are professionally trained to make your stay much more enjoyable. The villa maids are well trained in housekeeping and cooking, as well as babysitting for special occasion.
