The Villas

Air Suite

Padi Suite

This stunning master bedroom accessed via a wooden bridge over a Balinese pond offers guests the ultimate of romance. This bedroom represents a combination of the yellow Solar-Plexus and the Crown Chakras, linking self esteem, intuition and a connection with spirit. This large air-conditioned bedroom follows a violet color theme, representative of the Crown Chakra, meaning oneness with the infinite – peace and wisdom. Living Area
One enters Taman Ahimsa into a boat-like shaped bamboo facade living area with comfortable interior design of recycled wood furniture and Indonesian batik pillows. It is connected to a large dining area. This gracious living area is located in the main two-storey pavilion, which presides over the entire property.

There are two sitting areas facing the gardens and sea, one is an elevated section with two antique daybeds, a chair and a coffee table, while at the lower level are two long built-in couches facing the garden and sea, as well as a magnificent antique low table, created from an old wooden boat, complete with six chairs. On the other side of this level is an open-air deck, with a frangipani tree growing through the floor. Walls and ceilings in this building are lined with bamboo.

Dining Room
The dining room is incorporated in the elevated open plan living area with lovely views of the garden. It is furnished with a huge wooden dining table that seats 14, over which dangles a pair of exquisitely designed copper lanterns. Adjacent to this is an antique hand-carved wooden window panel, which frames the cooking area of the gourmet kitchen.

Entertainment Room
The TV room is located upstairs, between the large bedroom and the terrace. This spacious sitting room has a recycled ironwood floor, and comfortable rattan furnishings, as well as a 37″ TV and DVD player.

Swimming Pool Area
The freeform 20-metre swimming pool is lined with green Java stone, and bordered by an ironwood deck furnished with over-sized rattan sun beds and umbrellas. It employs a low-to-no chemical ozone system that is soft on the earth and gentle on the skin. There is a large poolside lounge area here with connecting second pool dining area with kitchen and sitting area – ideal for leisure breakfasts, lunches, afternoon tea and sunset gatherings. It also doubles as a yoga/martial arts studio. Two ‘bales’ or relaxation pavilions are in this area for therapeutic massages that can be arranged with some of the best masseurs on the island.

Meditation Circle
Positioned in the garden is a meditation circle marked by 16 stones and is available for guests’ use. Special meditation ceremonies can be arranged in this site.

Massage Bale
In a corner of the garden, immediately beside the beach, is a delightful elevated massage pavilion with antique wooden paneling, originally an old Javanese Joglo. This is one of several spots for a therapeutic massage, which can be arranged with a Balinese healer.

Garden
The enchanting garden meanders down to the swimming pool and beach, via stone pathways. The rolling lawns are dotted with palms and punctuated with lily ponds and lanterns, fragrant flowering trees and giant taro leaves, creating a stunning garden of peace, ‘Taman Ahimsa,’where one can discover spaces created for retreat.

Gourmet Kitchen
The spacious gourmet kitchen is conveniently positioned next to the dining area and is fully equipped with ample modern appliances and amenities – everything that the cooks need in order to prepare fresh, wholesome cuisine, using primarily organic vegetables and fruits, ayurvedic ingredients and fresh fish caught daily by our local fisherman.

Staff
The training of the staff and service at Taman Ahimsa is based on the philosophy of the home and with an experienced anticipation of the needs of guests visiting Bali. Location

Pool and Garden Area

Other meals can be selected in advance from our tempting menu of international favourites and local specialities, from Penne Pomodoro to Nasi Campur. Ingredients are bought fresh every day and meals are whipped up in the villa by our talented chef and his team.

Everyone loves a barbie on a balmy evening, and many guests choose to take advantage of the villa’s top-of-the-range gas barbeque. Chicken, lamb, steak and fresh seafood can be brought from the market in Jimbaran and dished up with a refreshing salad.

Picnic baskets stuffed full of goodies are available for guests making day trips around the island.

Location
Villa Bulan Putih sits atop a cliff on the Bukit Peninsula, a mere twenty-five minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport. It overlooks the dramatic surf breaks at Bingin and Dreamland beaches, which draw in devoted surfers from around the world and play host to international surf competitions. The golden sands can be reached within a leisurely ten minute stroll. Attractions like Uluwatu temple, Kuta golf course and the award winning bars and restaurants of Seminyak are a hop and a skip away.

The owner, Mr. Arifin Olii is a renowned architect in Bali, painter, antique collector, and someone who has strong passion for Indonesian arts, architectures, and antique furniture. His paintings show the objects such as the Balinese old men, women, and some of world-famous persons. However, since he is an architect, some of his paintings tend to illustrate the architectural patterns made more perfect by the strong composition, perspective, and lighting effect that become his strength and specialty. The architect has designed Villa OASIS Bali as an aesthetic building, showing the patrons how to best use the local Indonesian materials, ornament, fabrics, and furniture. He has successfully mixed such different cultures into artistic architecture that offers an appealing result. He built the villa from the heart and indeed his creativity has made the villa an exotic work of art.

The Junior Suite at Villa OASIS is a tasteful 2-bedroom villa personally designed by the owner, a well-known architect in Bali. The villa is an architectural work that can convey the idealism of the architect but yet is acceptable by the patrons. Tucked in the corner of Villa OASIS complex, the Junior Suite features minimalist designing concept and simple outlook, including some local stones, and conveying some of the aesthetic objects that come from the owner’s private collections. In addition, the villa features clean and efficient lines with minimalist furnishing made from antique teak, ebony wood, and rattan. All of this is able to create more alluring view for the eyes.

In the master bedroom, the guests have a direct access to the 9 x 3.5m salt-water swimming pool. There is a daybed or Balinese gazebo by the pool as a retreat for the guests who want to enjoy a relaxing massage or spa treatments. An outdoor shower is added to give the guests more comfort after dipping at day time. During vacation, the guests are also able to prepare their own meals in the self-contained kitchen using the complete kitchen amenities from gas stoves, microwave, wine glasses, to refrigerator. The living room is an open-space which is comfortably designed, and there are four dining chairs where the guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner, made more perfect by flat screen television and full sound system.

Bedrooms
In essence, the overall concept of the two bedrooms is minimalist-elegant. The white-colored wall uses Batu Paras Jogya stones, adding more idyllic ambiance and wrapping the entire room with a cool atmosphere. The bed is made of the hard stone, bordered by solid and strong teak wood, covered with terrazzo on its top. The main bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom encompassing the cozy bathtub, inside shower, and hand-basin. The granite flooring and wood ceiling create a fine-looking element of the design. There is a teak wardrobe before the bathroom area. Also, the transparent glazing of doors and windows work perfectly with the entire bedroom space. Two sun chairs are placed in the terrace as perfect retreats to chill out in the morning, enjoying the warm sunlight.

Surroundings
As you walk around the villa, you are welcomed by a Balinese style gate with sculpture of Boma over the door and also by the head of Buddha in the middle of the angkul-angkul which lend an idyllic impression of the entire villa. This impression is supported by the granite covered all part of the elements. Several ponds are added to increase the serene and cool ambiance to the place. Also, there is a day bed or Balinese gazebo placed by the swimming pool where the guests can enjoy relaxation while being pampered by the ultimate spa treatments given by the Balinese therapists. For those coming with a party of 8, they can also occupy the other 2 bedrooms at Royal Suite Villa, as there is a door-loop covered with creeping tropical plant as an access to Royal Suite Villa.

The Royal Suite at Villa OASIS is located next to Junior Suite Villa; a building of two bedrooms, open-air living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and a relaxing swimming pool. There is a Balinese-style gate as a connection between Junior and Royal suite, enabling to have a party of 8 by occupying two units all together. The Royal Suite Villa is more spacious, and the owner himself makes sure that both aesthetic and functionality aspects of the rooms are maintained. A salt-water swimming pool with Jacuzzi has been provided whenever the guests want to dip day or night.

Resembling the Junior Suite, the ambiance of Royal Suite also blends contemporary and classic touches. The entire elements use the local stones, Indonesian antique furniture, paintings, and aged-ornaments from the owner’s private collections. The placement of antiques, paintings, and ornaments complement each other and together they create an awe-inspiring element that makes the entire villa more worth capturing. The building’s design is intentionally arranged to facilitate all aspects of a vacation, both for couples and families.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom is a large, spacious, and wide, tastefully built facing the sunrise and the pool, enabling the guests to feel the roominess. There is a 2×2m sized-bed made of soft-cream high quality stones, a big-screen plasma TV 42 inch, an inside daybed in old Java style, as well as a secretary table. Some of great paintings made by owners are also displayed in both bedrooms. The wall is nicely colored with light cream, creating enough lights to the entire room. The minimalist furnishing shines more elegance, but without forsaking the utility and comfort. The en-suite bathroom is elegantly attached to the main bedroom, coming with bathtub, indoor and outdoor shower, hot & cold running water, and hand-basin. The Ethnic Villa at Villa OASIS blends seamlessly with the environment by interpreting the characteristics of local Indonesian tribes and ethnic, making optimal use of the rich traditional resources obtained from Java, Lombok, Sulawesi, Madura, and other places in Indonesia. The villa encompasses 7 bedrooms in bungalow-style and each building is able to create comfort and contented retreat for the guests to relax in. In addition, the villa is adorned by many antiques, paintings, and primitive ornaments, as well as applying genuine furniture made from durable teak wood, rattan, wicker, and leather. At day time, the guests can unwind in the gazebo or Bale Bengong in Balinese terms. Enjoying private spa in the spa bed and then savoring time in the Jacuzzi will make your day perfect. Candle light dinner under the sky will take place by the pool area, offering fresh warm breezes and beautiful garden view. Wantilan or main living area is a spacious and open-air to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with unobstructed view to swimming pool and garden. Indeed, the architect wants to convey that the traditional architectures doesn’t have to look ordinary and simple but on the contrary when attractively designed it should show an appealing result.

Living Area / Wantilan
The living room of Ethnic Villa is built open-air, in Joglo-style warung (traditional coffee shop), offering a space for enjoying the scenic garden scenery. At the front, the building is designed using the traditional Javanese architecture combined with Balinese touches. The area is adorned by the antique ornaments, Balinese alang-alang roof inside but tile roof outside, four ceiling fans, two dining sets, as well as one set of big flat screen television, DVD, and surrounds system. As well as featuring antiques chair, table, bench, aged ornaments, and paintings coming from the private collection of the owner, the area also exhibiting some art works derived from Java, Lombok, Sulawesi, and the other islands in Indonesia.

Pool House
This wooden building is built as the pool house after dipping in the salted water in the swimming pool or Jacuzzi. The sitting space is adorned by antique sofa, chairs & a coffee table. For the guests’ comfort, there are also a washroom, toilet and two showers. Batu Jember flooring adds an idyllic touch and it blends flawlessly with the overall wooden structure of the pool house. The open-air surroundings give also a sense of spaciousness. It is such a perfect space for chilling out while savoring light snacks and cocktails.

Bale Bengong / Day Gazebo
Bale Bengong is Balinese for day gazebo. The Ethnic Villa has a Balinese-style gazebo which 100% resembles a traditional Balinese pavilion. The building is built next to the swimming pool and an ideal retreat to enjoy a massage or simply just to relax. The pillars used are the genuine Balinese pillar which is elegantly carved to show the opulence of Balinese art creation.

Jineng
Jineng is Balinese for a traditional Balinese rice barn to store the harvest. It is built on the left-hand side of the main entrance. There is an open-air gazebo on the ground floor that can be used for enjoying the garden scenic view at the day time.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The Ethnic Villa at Villa OASIS features seven bedrooms that lend a grand, unique, and stately atmosphere to the whole place. Featuring 1-story master bedroom, 2-story bungalow 1, 1-story bungalow 2, 1-story bungalow 3, and 2-story bungalow 4. There is antique furniture throughout the villa, including teak wood tables, chairs, gazebo, bedroom, wardrobes, daybed, and many more. Also, the walls are adorned by the paintings painted by the owner, adding more appeal of each room. There is a daybed seated in some villa, a retreat to chill out at day time. Through this villa, the owner really shows his passion for architecture, buildings, arts, Indonesian cultures, and antiques.

Master Bedroom
Master bedroom at the Ethnic Villa is 8 x 6m space which has resemblance with the Joglo-house. The building at the front gives a sense of openness to the area. The granite flooring blends impeccably with the overall wooden structure of the house. There are aged-ornaments and ethnic paintings in the room, giving guests the experience of staying in a traditional Javanese house. However, even displaying a traditional outlook, the master bedroom is built in a more exclusive way, with solid teak wood furniture and enough light to highlight the antique pieces inside the room. The spirit of preserving the Indonesian culture is seamlessly translated into the furniture and ornamented with antique pieces.

The architect blends the traditional Indonesian art works with the novelty of modern concept knowledge, resulting in a place which is rich with diverse cultural tradition and creation. The atmosphere is light and airy with granite flooring all around. The master bedroom area holds antique chairs, lamp tables, and huge wardrobe, immersed in dark yellow light that is reflected on the cream-colored walls. The en-suite bathroom of master bedroom is modernly built, adding contrast to the ethnic backdrop. The bathroom comes with elegant bathtub, grey terracotta floor, fine-looking cream-colored walls ceramics wall, mirror, and modern bathing amenities. Bungalow 1
Bungalow 1 is a two-story Sulawesi-style building which provides a rich Indonesian culture to the room. Bungalow 1 encompasses two bedrooms located upstairs, self-contained kitchen downstairs, a cozy daybed upstairs whose the size is exactly a single-sized bed but in colonial style which is placed upstairs near the window overlooking the swimming pool and garden area. The first bedroom has single-sized bed and the second bedroom has queen-sized bed and complemented by en-suite bathroom with indoor shower and bathtub.

The charms of first floor include the big dining set with 6 seats, comfortable living room, a secretary table, some of tasteful painting made by the owner, self-contained kitchen where the guests can prepare the meals by themselves, guests’ bathroom, and a set of antique chairs in the terrace. The terracotta floors add more elegance and cool atmosphere to the entire first floor, yet the vinyl flooring dominates the second-floor building, made more unique by the placement of many antiques from the owner’s private collection and paintings made by owner.

Bungalow 2
Bungalow 2 is one-story guestroom which is built in totally wooden structures, presenting the elegance of ancient Javanese-style house with a bit of Sulawesi touch. The building consists of two bedrooms, one has single-sized bed and another bigger one is equipped with queen-sized bed. The bigger bedroom comes with en-suite bathroom, bathtub, and shower. The cozy living area is adorned with rattan furniture set and the guests may enjoy afternoon tea in both two terraces, wherever they like best, one is in the front overlooking the garden and pool area, another one is in the back. A single-sized daybed is placed to give the guests more possibility to enjoy the holiday breezes.

Resembling the master bedroom and Bungalow 1, Bungalow 2 also exhibits a large array of collectible artworks which are used in the interior as well as in the architectural elements throughout the place. The terracotta flooring is able to add more soul to the area, bold, dramatic, and tasteful to look at. The guests can prepare their meals in the small kitchen in Bungalow 2 that is placed in adjacent to dining area, perfect to accommodate small family. The high alang-alang ceiling, light cream-colored of wall, and some antique ornaments, all are provided to give the utmost utility, not just for fulfilling the aesthetic aspects.

Bungalow 3
Built in traditional ethnic Javanese-style, Bungalow 3 is full with decorative accents from any islands in Indonesia. The building includes two twin-beds and en-suite bathroom, bathtub, and outdoor shower with direct access to the back garden. Each bed is 140 x 200cm, offering more spaciousness to the guests. There is a big wardrobe equipped with safety box. Bungalow 3 is sufficient for children or singles. The minimalist furniture and rare antiques such as big Garuda bird statue hanging on the ceiling add more auras to the entire building. The windows are elegantly adorned by the curtains, leading the view onto the garden and pool area. The balcony is open-air and well-ventilated; serving up plenty of space for lounging around.

The furniture is dominated by the solid and antique teak wood, be it chair, table, bedroom, and pillar. The bamboo ceiling adds more unique taste, made more pleasant by the granite flooring. Living room is a perfect corner to watch television in full comfort. In the bathroom space you can find big wardrobe plus its cloth hangers inside. Still in the bathroom, the female guests can utilize the mirror. The well ventilation makes the bathroom area shading enough light. In addition, for afternoon snack or tea, the open-air verandah on the left-hand side which furnished with chairs and a round table is simply great, besides it overlooks the garden and swimming pool.

Bungalow 4
Bungalow 4 is two-story building adjacent to the garage and entrance. The first floor has been provided by the owner as service area and space for the in-house staff. The bedroom is situated upstairs, with the king-sized bed, living room, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and indoor shower. Bungalow 4 scores high with its granite flooring which makes impressive contrast with the earthy feel of the unique Timor fabric and some accessories depicting the olden times. Evoking the memories of days gone by, the area reminds us to the richness of Indonesian arts and cultures.

The en-suite bathroom of Bungalow 4 is made even more elegant by the big wall mirror made, a ceramic hand basin, good looking bathtub with hot and cold water as well as one shower which is set indoor. All bathroom amenities are also available to use, making it a sprawling space that doesn’t disappoint and also it caters to every kind of bathing experiences. Overall, the bungalow is made more unique with some primitive arts decorating the walls.

Location
Strategically situated in the midway of Jimbaran and Nusa Dua, Villa OASIS Bali can be reached within only 20 minutes from Bali’s international airport and short drive to the beach, both Jimbaran beach and Nusa Dua beach. It is only 10 minutes drive to Nusa Dua 5-star hotels complex, Nusa Dua Galleria Shopping Center, to the 18-hole Bali Golf & Country Club in Nusa Dua or to Jimbaran beach. It’s also only 25 minutes driving to Kuta, and 30 to 40 minutes to Sanur and Denpasar. In addition, the Villa OASIS Bali is only a short drive down a small road, which is accessed from the ‘By Pass Nusa Dua’ road.

The property offers three or four bedroom categories that are perfect for families or friends choosing to stay together. Alternatively, the whole complex can be rented to accommodate a group of up to 20 adult guests. A unique sliding wall connects Massilia 1 and Massilia 2, however, it can remain locked for individual villa privacy.

Prime Location
Villa Massilia is located in central Seminyak and is accessed via a laneway that runs alongside The Oberoi Hotel. The property is within easy walking distance to the beach and a number of celebrated hotspots including KuDeTa and LaLuciola.

Massilia 1
This spaciously appointed four bedroom sanctuary is the largest villa in the Massilia complex. It is set within an inspiring landscaped garden complete with a Javanese gazebo and a generous sized swimming pool surrounded by innovative timber sunbeds.

A magnificent thatched roof pavilion, filled with high-end pieces of artistry, is the villa’s main living space. Designed to incorporate a social dining area and gourmet kitchen, it is semi-open to capture natural daylight and optimise air circulation.

There is a double sized bedroom on either side of the living pavilion. Each comes with its own mood enhancing decor that showcases unique artefacts and local treasures. Both rooms have a lavish en-suite bathroom including a separate bathtub and rain shower for personal indulgence.

Two additional bedrooms are located side-by-side in a separate pavilion overlooking the entire length of the swimming pool. Each room is a restful retreat with a canopied bed, earthy decor and functional en-suite bathroom facility.

Massilia 2
This three bedroom villa captures the mood of a bygone era with a colonial inspired design that incorporates a wide veranda and louvered bedroom windows for privacy. It is set within a charming garden featuring a swimming pool and a Balinese lounging pavilion at the far end.

Visually this villa is an eclectic retreat filled with extraordinary treasures. It blends dramatic artworks from the remote jungles of Africa with more refined pieces depicting the age-old dynasties of imperial China.

The main structure is an open-plan environment with a distinct residential feel that brings a living and dining area together under one roof. There is a gourmet kitchen facility tucked into the back section that comes under the watchful gaze of an oversized reclining Buddha statue.

Two well-appointed bedrooms are located on either side of the living room. Each has its own seating area on the front veranda. A third bedroom, featuring a similar decor, stands alone and overlooks the pool. All three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower facility.

Massilia 3
This charming three bedroom villa is a refreshing space designed for pure relaxation. The focal point of the garden is an extra-large thatched lounging pavilion by the pool that recreates the laid-back ambience of a castaway island.

The living, dining and kitchen environment is an open-plan area that sits beneath a structured rooftop. It is a traditional style that has been built to allow natural sunlight and air circulation. Comfortable furnishings in timber and rattan add to the elegant look of this tropical setting.

The master bedroom is a tranquil haven for quality moments alone. It features a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom with an unusual vanity carved out of a single piece of rock. There is also an outdoor rain shower and an egg shaped terrazzo bathtub.

The other two bedrooms are part of a separate building with sliding glass doors for direct access into the swimming pool. Each room is a soothing retreat to rest and replenish at the end of the day. Both rooms have a stylish en-suite bathroom complete with a shower facility.
