Contemporary Design
While both villas favour a design that is clearly contemporary, the entrance to the complex is a magnificently carved gateway reminiscent of a bygone era. A narrow path edged in bamboo shoots is used to access each villa, which is secured behind a heavy wood panelled door. Inside reveals a stylishly appointed compound that blends modern furnishings with distinctive pieces of ethnic artistry.

Tropical Living
The main living environment is a visually appealing high roofed structure with lots of windows and sliding glass doors for natural lighting and air circulation. It features a dining area with an oversized table created out of a single length of polished timber. The kitchen alcove, with its terrazzo countertops and mosaic tiling, comes fully equipped with branded appliances and table ware. The far end of this integrated space is set up for relaxation with a comfortable sofa, flat screen television and home entertainment system.

Elevated Study
A floating staircase rises up to a cosy mezzanine level that functions as a study cum library. Fitted with a large desk and storage cubicles, it is a quiet niche to read or check business affairs back home by dealing with urgent emails and correspondence.

Modern Sleeping Quarters
Both bedrooms are located within a separate structure featuring full length glass doors that overlook the swimming pool. The master suite is an adult sanctuary where a minimalist decor and modern home comforts create a calming ambience for rest and romance. The en-suite bathroom comes with a giant bathtub for spa-styled bathing. Twin beds are set up in the second bedroom making it a child-friendly retreat with its own en-suite bathroom facility.

Outdoor Delights
The outdoor environment has been designed to embrace the healthy attributes of tropical living. The swimming pool is replenished by a flowing water-wall that soothes the senses and brings harmony to this small landscaped setting. A wide sundeck accommodates four reclining beds for lazy days spent around the pool. There is also a handy outdoor rain shower to rinse off after each dip.

Accommodation

Main Floor Master Suite (Air-Conditioned).
Main master suite is fitted with super king sized bed with comfortable bedding’s, that will ensure a good and well rested night during your stay. Enjoying a full view of the Indian Ocean either while resting or at the balcony. A choice of either indoor and outdoor shower or simply having a soak in the tub whilst enjoying the fresh air of the Bukit, are all available in Villa Karang Bali.

Lower Master Suite (Air-Conditioned).
Lower master suite comes with super king sized bed filled with huge fluffy pillows. Whilst in bed, one will be able to enjoy the lush greeneries of the Balinese garden, together with the sound of water falling from the infinity edge pool. Or simply indulge yourself to a spa treatment, available upon request.

Garden facing Suite (Air-Conditioned).
This suite is completed with a king sized bed with attached bathroom. You can have relax in a nice patio by the veranda for an afternoon tea while just listening to the quietness of the nature and the sound of water. It’s a well defined area to completely relax or read a book.

Pond facing Suite (Air-Conditioned).
This will be the only room that has the privilege of feeling afloat, while resting on the king sized bed, with attached bathroom. Enjoy the nice soothing effect from the sound of water splashing onto the pond with the Koi fish swimming within to relax your eyes.

Accommodation

Pavilion
The Pantulan pavilion includes in living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, library, entertainment room, and bathroom. All space are connected by a soaring alang-alang roof and walk away to each separate pavilion offering panoramic views to the rest of the house and the rice field.

Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to allow our staff to create memorable meals for your pleasure, offering both European and Balinese meals upon request. We also offer fine wines, as well as selection of beers and soft drink. Breakfast include in your package.

The Lotus
The lotus pavilion is two-story structure comprising sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. On the ground floor, a stunning wall carving depicting village life adorns the back wall. A small sofa, two chairs, a coffee table and sofa table are covered in brown Balinese cotton. On the table and long benches are fine example of Balinese glass and traditional wooden boat. The lotus upstairs a large bedroom overlooks the rice field and swimming pool. A beautiful white stone Buddha heed decorates the back of the bed and delicate colored organza is lit from behind to cast a beautiful light on the bed night. This is truly romantic bedroom and as the sun set; there is a magnificent view from this bedroom. The bathroom includes a waterfall and Koi Fish pond nest to the outdoor shower. Two porcelain bowls sit on top of terrazzo counter and are well-lit by Italian light fixtures.

The Temple Garden
The Temple Garden pavilion has two bedrooms, both decorates in beautiful hand-made cotton embroidered bed linens and pillows. In each room, a queen size bed is surrounded by white mosquito net emphasizing the dramatic bed linens, cushions, and curtains made from Balinese cotton. The lower bedroom extend out to the temple garden, Koi Fish pond and orchid garden the upper bedroom offer splendid views of the rice field and overall view of the house and orchid garden below. The bathroom on the ground floor is a striking bamboo and with pebble garden designed around the out door shower. Two porcelain bowls set on terrazzo counter and Italian lighting fixtures make this stunning bathroom.

The Rice Field
Behind the Lotus Pavilion, tucked away discretely behind the wall, is the Rice field pavilion. A two bedrooms structure decorated in shades of Irish green, Balinese red and black add dramatic flair to an already dramatic setting. Two bedrooms open out onto a different view from small wooden duct on side the temple garden and on the other the rice field. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed canopied in white mosquito net and a beautiful Balinese ikat design. All beds are carefully lit from inside by beautiful Italian lamps. A small table and chair for writing postcard or letter and mirror complete this room. On the wall, are drawings and paintings by local artists?

Villa Pantulan is an eco- friendly property. Our water is pumped from an underground well, which guarantee purity. All waste water is biodegradable with an underground filtration system and all outdoor water features are recycled. The Pool is salt-water treated and chlorination is kept to a minimum. We use only biodegradable soaps and compost all our organic water. Each week all glass, plastic, metal and paper is recycled through a local recycling.

Architecturally is designed by Marita Vidal and Tony Gwillian. Villa Pantulan is situated on 2.400 sq meters of land including 550 square meters of living space.

The villa’s main living environment is a traditional Javanese joglo with an elevated ceiling of intricate wooden beams that have endured the test of time. No detail has been overlooked to recreate the splendour of this colonial styled homestead.

Pre-loved timber furnishings are complemented by elaborate chandeliers. The walls are lined with classic black and white photos depicting early times across the Indonesian archipelago. Villa Kalyana is a visual feast for travellers who appreciate fine things.

Serene Location
Villa Kalyana is located in Jimbaran, a vibrant fishing village with the best white sand beach on Bali’s southern shores that is lined with casual cafes serving grilled seafood at sunset. Jimbaran is known for its strong cultural identity and ceremonial way of life that is filled with colourful rituals.

Jimbaran is a peaceful destination ideal for those seeking to escape the complications of a busy lifestyle. Villa Kalyana is placed halfway between the high-end tourist enclave of Nusa Dua and the vibrant playground of Kuta. The airport is just a 10 minute drive away.

The en-suite bathroom is a continuation of Villa Kalyana’s opulence. There is an old fashioned claw-foot bathtub and generous vanity with hand-painted basins. While an oversized rain shower recess promises spa-styled bathing indulgence.

Bedroom Splendour
Two additional bedrooms are located off a long picture filled corridor. Both are spaciously appointed with a decor of rich textiles and artistic embellishments. Each features a mezzanine loft that can be used to accommodate additional guests.

The same feeling of luxury is evident in both en-suite bathrooms yet they are not identical. An oversized bathtub, outdoor rain shower and a distinctive vanity are the common elements.

Charming Garden
Villa Kalyana has the privilege of a vast garden with a manicured lawn and different species of tropical flora. The extended length swimming pool has been designed for laps and is surrounded by a timber sundeck with ample outdoor furniture for entertaining.

A small gladak (Javanese wooden pavilion) placed next to the pool makes a great playhouse for children or a shady spot to retreat from the sun. Traditional glass lanterns hang from the gladak’s timber rafters to project a soft glow over the garden after dark.

The layout of the villa resembles two stylishly appointed apartments, each with its own gourmet kitchen and dining environment. This enables two family units or groups of friends to travel together but maintain separate quarters if desired.

Secluded Retreat
Located in a residential sector of Canggu, Villa DaVinci is part of traditional community where daily life revolves around a cycle of ceremonial rituals. It is a relatively quiet area that enables weary travellers to relax and recharge in an authentic Balinese setting.

Villa DaVinci is suitably distanced to avoid the crowds of mass tourism yet close enough to venture into Seminyak for shopping or an evening experiencing the island’s evolving culinary scene. Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport is approximately 45 min by car.

Tropical Lifestyle
Villa DaVinci is a secured compound accessed via a remote controlled gate for an extra measure of privacy. There is ample parking for several vehicles. The front door opens to reveal the second level of the villa, which is enveloped by a generous sun terrace.

There is a large open-plan living space that incorporates a 10-seat dining table and a galley styled kitchen filled with high-tech appliances. Aesthetically, this area showcases a neutral colour palette of modern furnishings with cushions in a lively shade of red.

Just off this space is a restful master bedroom decorated in clean lines and just a handful of wooden artefacts in a well-lit alcove over the bed. A lavish en-suite bathroom features a separate tub and shower facility for spa-styled bathing rituals.

The second bedroom on this level is set up with twin beds and the convenience of an en-suite bathroom. A baby cot is also available on request for this room. A walk-in-robe provides ample storage space for luggage and any purchases made whist out and about.

Pure Pleasure
An elegant stairwell leads to the rooftop level of Villa DaVinci. This entire space has been created purely for pleasure. There are areas to soak up the sun or gather socially with a collection of sofas beneath the shade of the villa’s signature red umbrellas.

Another rooftop highlight is a state-of-the-art gas barbeque to grill island fresh seafood and other tasty delights. Casual meals can be enjoyed around large timber table cooled by an overhead fan. A compact service kitchen features a full sized drinks refrigerator.

Stylish Living
The ground floor of Villa DaVinci has full length sliding glass doors that bathes this entire area in natural sunlight. Here there is yet another contemporary living space with a sleek kitchen in gleaming stainless steel and frosted glass.

This integrated environment also features a sizable dining table and a lounge with pure white sofas to sit and relax. An elevated library alcove with a re-claimed timber floor is tucked neatly into one corner and is filled with reading materials and a comfortable chair.

A tastefully appointed bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom facility is located off the dining area. The master bedroom is positioned at the far end for privacy and has been designed as an adult sanctuary complete with a luxurious en-suite bathroom.

Outdoor Delights
Outdoors there is another environment with an oversized table and reclining chairs for taking things easy. It has a shady roof top along with overhead fans and a stone water wall that acts as an innovative cooling device.

The infinity edge swimming pool is a long length of glistening water that beckons guests to jump in and beat the heat of the day. It is edged by a manicured stretch of lawn and a neat garden of indigenous Balinese flora.

At the far end of the pool is a Jacuzzi with jet stream water sprays to leisurely soak and alleviate muscle tension. The final touch is a modern interpretation of a Balinese pavilion fitted with a red cushioned daybed as a direct contrast against grey structural walls.

Decorating the back wall of this pavilion is a replica of the world-renowned drawing of the Vitruvian Man by Leonadi da Vinci. Created in 1487, this timeless piece depicts the proportions of a man surrounded perfectly by a circle and a square.

Accommodation
Recently completed in 2010, the King Villa is the most spacious of the two, yet the Queen villa is equally luxurious and tranquil. The villas, set at an elevation of nearly 1000 meters, offer the best views in Bali. This includes 200-degree views of Bali’s volcanoes, distant beaches and cool evening sunsets.

King Villa
The largest of both 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom is the King Villa (sleep 12 to 14 persons). The King Villa has approximately 6,000 sq. ft. of open interior living space and a spacious outdoor lounge and entertaining area around the large 40 ft. moon shaped pool. This villa is the perfect vacation rental for large families and groups. The King Villa with its large outdoor and indoor entertaining areas makes this villa very popular for weddings and catered parties up to 150 people.

Queen Villa
The Queen Villa is modestly smaller than The King Villa at approximately 4,500 sq. ft. interior and is beautiful in its own right containing 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (sleep 12 to 14 persons) with a private 35 ft. Pool and Buddha waterfall with a huge outdoor gazebo lounge area fit for a Queen. The surrounding pool deck is suitable for intimate outdoor gatherings up to 40 persons and the interior ground floor can also accommodate catered parties up to 40 persons.

The Villas
The villas are decorated with a mix of antique and modern Indonesian furniture with contemporary accents and furnishing designed exclusively for Royalty Villas. There are many indoor and outdoor lounge areas in addition to the Media Room which has a large LCD TV home theater system and will accommodate your MP3 or IPOD music. The same home theater system is also located in the major suites on the upper levels of both villas.

The Villa
Villa Nalina began as a labour of love, the architects paying particular attention to the feng shui properties of the residence. Interiors were hand chosen to accentuate various indigenous influences such as the Chinese ceramic vases and the large stone Hindu and Buddhist statues in the garden area. The use of locally sourced organic materials is seen in everything from the large coffee table to the spacious terrazzo baths.

Water is an important element of Villa Nalina with a lotus pond teaming with koi upon entrance and bubbling water features fringing the villa. The gentle sound of bubbling water soothes the senses. Within the inviting twenty-meter lap pool sits an Olympian style fire, which is dramatically lit at night creating flickering reflections throughout the main living area.

The Bedrooms
To awake to the gentle sound of the ocean nearby and tropical birdsong is a luxury in itself. The exterior of the two-tiered sleeping pavilion has a Dutch Colonial feel with shuttered windows and whitewashed woodwork. There are three spacious master suites (6 adults’ maximum), all individual in interior design, which include bedrooms and en suite bathrooms.

Luxury abounds with king sized sprung beds, an oversized leather sofa in the upper suite which faces a huge flat screen TV, his and hers matching rainwater showers, double sinks and large tubs to soak in. The walls are hung with an eclectic mix of art with illustrations, modern Balinese portraits as well as contemporary abstract hangings.

Location
Villa Nalina is tucked away in a small peaceful street and a mere five minutes walk to a sweeping sandy beach. It’s also only a twenty-minute drive away from Bali’s main Ngurah Rai airport. Villa Nalina is located in the heart of Seminyak on the South West Coast of Bali. Seminyak is well known as a cosmopolitan area with fashionable boutiques, superb dining venues and sophisticated nightlife with bars such as Ku De Ta and Living Room nearby. Seminyak is also central for those who wish to experience some of Bali’s sporting or cultural activities.

The Villas
Villa Dewi Sri presents four air-conditioned bedrooms, complete with en-suite bathrooms, a sizeable living and dining room open to the garden, an air-conditioned family room, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

This two-storey holiday villa in Bali showcases contemporary Balinese architecture complemented by a large garden with a flat lawn and 17 x 5 meter swimming pool. The villa is linked to the neighboring property by an interconnecting, lockable, garden door. The two properties can therefore accommodate a large group with a total of nine bedrooms. Guests enter the villa via stepping stones over a lily pond and through a long entrance hallway, which exudes space and light due to the clear pergola roof.

ACCOMMODATION

The Bedrooms
There are four air-conditioned bedrooms at Villa Dewi Sri. The Zen Bedroom is located downstairs presenting a beige and red theme. It is furnished with a king size bed, an upholstered sofa, a thick pile rug, an ottoman, a lazy chair and a desk, as well as reading lamps and standard lamps and bedside tables. This spacious room features a padded wall behind the bed head, a recycled teakwood floor, and a ceiling fan as well as the air-conditioning. It is accessed either from the main garden or from the pool area by sliding glass doors. There is a dressing area behind the bed with built in wardrobes, lots of storage space, and a huge mirror. A sliding door leads into a glass-walled air-conditioned bathroom, which opens into a private, Zen inspired garden. Here, a large bathtub rests besides sliding glass doors. The bathroom is also fitted with twin washbasins upon a black marble vanity, a toilet and a glass sided, walk-in shower. The picture is completed with Romanesque pillars and a huge wall mirror.

The Tropical Bedroom is similar to the Zen Bedroom with just one set of sliding doors, which lead to the main garden and pool area. There is a padded window seat, which doubles as spare bed for a child, and hanging lanterns beside the bed. A door leads into an air-conditioned dressing room, from which a set of old traditional Balinese double doors open into an open-air garden bathroom, complete with non slip floor, and a bathtub protected from elements by an overhanging roof. There is a washbasin at both ends, and a toilet behind a glass door. The tropical garden is planted with shrubs, parlor palms and yellow bamboo. There is a terrace in front of both of these two bedrooms overlooking the garden and furnished with all-weather rattan chairs and a table.

The two upstairs bedrooms are accessed from a large, cool and breezy balcony terrace, with great views. The balcony is furnished with an antique game table and stools. Both of the upstairs bedrooms are furnished with twin beds that can be converted to queen size beds. Each features a polished concrete floor, sliding glass doors, a window seat, tables and reading lamps. The adjoining dressing rooms are open to the en-suite bathrooms, and from here glass doors open onto private, roof top terraces bordered by frangipani trees and palms, and furnished with sun loungers. Each upstairs bathroom has a cream terrazzo floor, a rain shower, a toilet and a single washbasin.

Living and Dining
Running the length of the garden beside the swimming pool, the living & dining pavilion is open to the pool deck on two sides and partially open to a water cascade on one side. Fan cooled, it features a polished concrete floor, and is hugely spacious, with an open plan modern kitchen at one end, complete with a service bar with three stools. The dining area is positioned adjacent to the kitchen with a solid teakwood table that seats 12 guests with a bench seat on both sides, and comfortable upholstered chairs at either end. The living area is furnished with three deeply cushioned sofas and an ottoman, and six segmented coffee table blocks fashioned from solid polished suar wood. This is a great space for parties. The walls are adorned with artwork and complemented by sculptures, as well as a big screen for playing Wii, and a music system with 4 speakers. The roof of the pavilion is planted with long grass, which blends with the environment and is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The fully equipped kitchen is open on two sides and follows a cream and chocolate theme, with an oven and four hobs, a two-door fridge, and brown marble work surfaces. A guest wash room is positioned just off the living pavilion.

Family Room
The cozy, air-conditioned, family room is located upstairs and is fitted with a big screen; surround sound, home theatre, incorporating a DVD player, and a 49″ satellite channel TV. The room is furnished with a huge L-shaped segmented sofa with colorful padded covers. This room also doubles as a sleep area for kids, and is well equipped with games, books and movies.

Facilities include a parking area, WIFI internet connection, a computer in the manager’s office and a safe deposit box in each room.

Garden and Pool
At the far end of the living pavilion is a pergola shaded deck with sun loungers and a sofa and daybed, complete with a living coconut palm growing through the roof of the pergola. This is a great spot for a massage. The eye is drawn to the length of the pavilion, the pool and the garden to the rice field and the irrigation canal bordered by a line of palms against the backdrop of a lovely rural view. The swimming pool is 17 x 5 meters in length and ranges from 1.10 to 1.40 meters in depth. It is lined with mixed green java stone, and there are Jacuzzi jets at one end of the bench where it gets wider, which are good for a back massage. There is also an outdoor pool shower, a long flat lawn of velvety grass, three frangipani trees, and another pool deck at the top end, furnished with loungers and an umbrella.

Villa Dewi Sri’s top class chef can prepare anything from snacks up to five-course dinners, or other requests as required. A full international menu is available. Breakfast is complimentary, while the full lunch and dinner service is a dining delight where guests can enjoy all manner of cuisine in a relaxing environment.

Staff
Villa Dewi Sri is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained, friendly staff who will do their best to ensure that their guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The team is headed by a villa manager who will oversee and coordinate the staff and property, and is available to assist guests during their stay. The team also includes an in-house chef, butlers, housekeepers, gardeners, pool attendants and security guards operating on a 24-hour shift basis. The chef is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine, and is responsible for all the market shopping, in accordance with the needs and the whims of the guests. The housekeepers fulfill all of the housekeeping duties while also taking care of the daily laundry. Accommodation

Bedrooms
There are five air-conditioned bedrooms at Villa Kalyani, all with en-suite bathrooms. The two master rooms are situated in separate wings on the upper floor, there is one guestroom on the ground floor of the main building, and there are a further two guest suites located at ground level within the self-contained guest pavilion on the far side of the swimming pool. Additionally, the air-conditioned home theatre can also be used as an extra bedroom with two comfortable upholstered daybeds, which can be made up as double queen size beds. For this purpose, a guest bathroom with rain shower is located just a few meters away from the home cinema. Each bedroom features brushed marble floors, and all are furnished with king-size beds, wardrobes, desks, chairs, shag pile rugs, bedside tables and lamps. In one of the guestrooms, the king bed can be converted to twin beds. Every bedroom boasts an LCD satellite-channel TV and DVD player, and WIFI Internet access is available throughout. All en-suite bathrooms have non-slip Indian slate floors, walk-in rain showers, twin washbasins and huge wall mirrors. The master bedrooms have dressing areas and one of the master bathrooms boasts an enormous 196 x 180 cm bathtub beside a private rooftop garden enclosed by living bamboo. The two self-contained guest suites share an open-air living room complete with a kitchenette and a 7 x 3 meter plunge pool. One of the guestrooms is known as the VIP Room because its en-suite bathroom has a bathtub that appears to float upon a lily pond, flanked by a water cascade.

Dining Room
The dining room is located on the ground floor of the main building, overlooking the garden and pool; it features concertina glass doors that can be closed for air-conditioned comfort or folded open for a semi-alfresco dining experience. The room is furnished with a solid wood table which comfortably seats 14, complete with comfortable upholstered dining chairs. Music and soft lighting emanates from speakers and down lights in the ceiling.

Playroom and Bar
To one side of the dining room is a bar with a black polished granite top, a decorative stacked limestone facade, and four barstools. Next to this bar is the open-sided playroom, which is cooled by ceiling fans, equipped with a full size pool table and another set of hidden speakers, and furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, ottoman and a rustic coffee table.

Home Theatre
The state-of-the-art home theatre is characterized by dark red walls and ceiling, dark red blackout curtains, and some funky, conceptual multi-media artwork. Two huge and comfortable, contemporary-styled daybeds take up the length of the back wall. This air-conditioned room is equipped with a 130-inch screen, supported by surround sound and a projector for showing movies and DVDs, in addition to satellite TV channels. Nintendo Wii is also available and can be transferred to the outdoor cinema, if required.

Living Room
The open-sided living room is cooled by natural breezes and ceiling fans and softly lit by down lights. This stylish contemporary living space is furnished with comfy segmented sofas and a glass topped coffee table. Two speakers bring music into this area and a floating two-toned suar wood staircase is a striking feature, which leads up to the master bedrooms and rooftop sundeck.

Rooftop Decks
The roof of the main two-storey building serves as a sundeck, offering fabulous views of the rice fields. This is a lovely private area for sunbathing or chilling out, furnished with two double daybeds and a red umbrella. To one side is a romantic ‘floating’ swing bed, which is literally a double, deeply cushioned daybed that hangs from the roof and gently rocks its occupants while shading them from the sun. There is another rooftop deck above the guest pavilion, surrounded by pink bougainvillea. This breezy space is ideal for parties and entertainment or for enjoying the magnificent views and sunset from the romantic bale relaxation pavilion, which is draped in white muslin. From here you can see the Bukit Peninsula as well as the mountains on a clear day.

Garden Bar & DJ Booth
Next to the living room and extending poolside, complete with a timber decked floor, is the garden bar and DJ Booth. The Pioneer Pro DJ equipment with deck, mixer, effecter and accessories is provided for the use of professional DJs only at parties and events, but the player sound system is available for guest use, with speakers in every area of the villa apart from the bedrooms. The well-stocked polished black granite bar is flanked by seven fixed bar stools fashioned in chrome and black leather. Adjacent are four very chic and comfy black armchairs positioned around two small drinks tables crafted from solid blocks of wood. The timber deck here doubles as a dance floor.

Sunken ‘Bale’ Lounge and Outdoor Cinema
The ‘bale’ relaxation pavilion has a soaring roof, which protects guest from the sun and ensures that they are always in the shade. Cooled by two ceiling fans, this innovative sunken garden lounge, complete with surround sound, presents a sitting area with two sofas, two chairs and a coffee table. Bordered by the timber pool deck, guests can sit here in comfort and watch movies on the massive 250-inch outdoor cinema screen. This is also a great facility for private functions and weddings. Cleverly disguised speakers rest upon the deck, and the daybeds can be turned to face the screen.

Kitchen
Villa Kalyani’s immaculate, designer kitchen reveals a discriminating taste for functional beauty and cutting-edge style. This professional kitchen is crafted in gleaming white marble with a central island and ample storage. It is fully fitted and fully equipped with two imported ovens, a five-burner hob, a built-in microwave, two large refrigerators, a wine cooler, a cappuccino maker and everything else that the chef needs in order to prepare delicious meals.

Garden and Main Swimming Pool
The expansive garden comprises a flat lawn punctuated with towering coconut palms and flowering shrubs. The central feature is the sparkling 22-metre swimming pool, which incorporates a three-meter shallow area suitable for kids. The ambience at night is enhanced by a fire bowl, which is lit at sunset. The pool is bordered by a timber deck furnished with three double daybeds and red umbrellas in true Ku De Ta-style.

Food and Beverage
Fresh food is prepared daily by the accomplished Chef Gede, who previously worked with the internationally – re-known Kafe Warisan in Bali, and also spent time honing his skills in Japan. He specializes in French, Continental, Asian and Japanese cuisines. The Villa has a house menu to provide ideas for meals, which the chef will tailor to suit guests’ needs by discussing food preferences. Dinner parties, functions, unique dietary requirements and special orders can all be catered for, and meals can be a simple affair or a grand banquet according to guests’ whims. Food products and drinks are purchased in well-stocked supermarkets and delicatessens, or in the local markets where the fresh healthy produce is especially good and inexpensive. Guests are asked to pay for the shopping at the time of ordering the food, upon purchase of which all receipts and change will be returned. The only additional charge above menu ingredients is a modest amount to cover the transportation cost.

Staff
Villa Kalyani offers a standard of service and privacy that exceeds hotel levels. The staffs are specially trained to be discrete and will never disturb guests while they are in their rooms. The staff team comprises one manager, one chef, four butlers, one pool attendant and two security guards. All are devoted to attending to guest needs with immaculate, unobtrusive service.

Location
The location on the hill less than 10 minutes South of Jimbaran beach usually guarantees sunny days even when it’s raining in the rest of Bali, and it offers easy access to all parts of the island. A drive of about 15 minutes takes you to the famous Uluwatu Temple, to Bali’s most challenging surf breaks and to beautiful “secret” beaches.

Nusa Dua with most of Bali’s international 5-star hotels, the “Galleria Shopping Center” and the “Bali Golf & Country Club” as well as the international airport can be also reached within 15 or 20 minutes. It’s around 25 minutes to Kuta with its great variety of shops, restaurants and night life, and about 30 to 40 minutes to Sanur’s hotels, restaurants and shops.

The Bali Impian Suites
The “Bali Impian Suites” consist of two suites in one building – the Spa Suite on the upper floor and the Pool Suite on the garden level. They are set in the exclusive “Bali Impian Estate” compound adjacent to the 4-bedroom “Villa Bali Impian”. Complete privacy is created with high growing bamboo and other tropical plants in the carefully landscaped garden with colorful hibiscus and frangipani trees. These suites are a perfect retreat for couples who look for luxury and total privacy but do not want to stay at a hotel or rent a larger villa.

Accommodation
You enter the Bali Impian Suites from the parking area through large, antique carved double doors. Both suites are centrally air-conditioned, and each consists of one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a spacious living room (with one convertible sofa bed), a large covered terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms and living rooms are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated with original paintings and local artifacts.

The centrally air-conditioned living rooms and bedrooms of each suite are divided by a wide sliding door, and there are also large sliding doors in each room opening on to the terrace. Furnishings in the living rooms include a desk and large, comfortable sofas one of which can be converted into a bed if required. The state-of-the-art 32 inch LCD TV sets in the living rooms are connected to a satellite system to receive over 50 international news programs, sports and movie channels (a DVD player is available on request). There is a BOSE Wave Radio/CD player in each bedroom for outstanding stereo sound (cables to connect your personal MP3 player provided), and you’ll find a choice of books, magazines and games such as Chess, Backgammon, playing cards, etc. in the living room.

Each suite has its own direct IDD telephone line with a phone in the bedroom and a fax/phone on the desk in the living room. Here you can also connect your laptop computer for free Internet access via Ethernet taking advantage of the dedicated 512kbps connection. A personal electronic safe is installed in the wardrobe of each bedroom where you’ll also find cotton robes, slippers, a shopping bag and umbrellas.

The “Pool Suite”
The “Pool Suite” is located on the garden level and has a private 12 x 18 ft. (4 x 6 meter) swimming pool tiled with green natural stone, and there are two deck chairs in the tropical garden facing an ornately carved sandstone wall picturing Asian deities. The dining table on the covered terrace is large enough for six to eight guests.

The Bedroom
Your bedroom has a king-size bed with luxurious down feather pillows and down feather duvets and black-out curtains to guarantee undisturbed sleep even during daytime. The marble bathroom has a large soaking bath tub, a separate shower cabin, high-quality cotton towels, hair dryers, make-up mirrors, cotton house coats, sandals, a variety of bathroom amenities, etc.

Kitchen & other Facilities
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, toaster oven, blender, refrigerator, glasses (for soft drinks, beer, wine, champagne, etc.), crockery, cutlery, etc. A back-up power generator guarantees electricity and water supply for the whole estate in case of black-outs (which do happen in Bali from time to time). An environmentally friendly bio system takes care of the estate’s waste water.

Services
The well-trained house staff lives on the property in a separate building and includes maids and house boys to clean the premises and handle your laundry, gardeners, 24-hour security guards, and excellent cooks to prepare delicious Indonesian and Western meals. All staff members wear uniforms and name tags to make identification easy. Your personal Butler will take care of all your arrangements from planning meals, serving your afternoon tea, and arranging parties in your villa to visiting attractions, going shopping or organizing other activities and is available around the clock.
