The Villas
From the centre of Seminyak, a road bordered by splendid palm trees leads out towards the residential district not far from the well known Oberoi Hotel. In this privileged setting one passes a guardhouse and then enters into a wooded driveway leading to the luxury Nyaman villas.

The central feature is an open-air lobby, just like a hotel, from which paths lead to the various villas. On the right of the lobby a wide pathway bordered by palm trees, elegantly lit at night takes the guest to the villas. Walk on stepping stones over the water feature access to the lobby.

The Nyaman villas are contemporary designed luxury villas for rent in Bali. These villas with full hotel services consist of either 4 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms per villa. Two of the 2 bedroom villas can be interconnected to make a four bedroom adjoined villa if necessary. The impressively large front doors of each villa are made of locally carved noble woods.

Two-Bedroom Villa
The 2 bedroom villas measure 25 square meters per room and have a total surface of 500 square meters including the garden.

The building opens completely onto the private garden that has 2 bedrooms on either side of the large open living room – 75 square meters – with its signature high ceiling and an American style fitted kitchen. Each bedroom of 21 square meters has a private bathroom – which is partly open-air – and a large dressing room of 10 square meters. Each villa is bathed in luminosity thanks to large bay windows.

These contemporary villas of great comfort open onto their private garden and swimming pool of 75 square meters. Each pool has a shallow and secured kid’s area.

The 2 bedroom villas can be interconnected if required via a sliding wall in the gardens. Interior decoration is a mix of sober style and timelessness. In the rooms as in the living room the furniture with purified lines was designed to measure in beautiful materials: leather, flax, purple wood…

These sober color tones enhance the feeling of space achieved by the merging of mole to beige, while passing by the green of gray.

Four-Bedroom Villa
The 4 bedroom villas cover an area of 570 square meters. These villas are surrounded by a private garden with a swimming pool of 92 square meters.

Immediately upon entering the villa visitors enter a vast living room of 75 square meters that leads off to the first bedroom. Compliment on the one side by a fully equipped American fitted kitchen with a large worktop of beautiful carved local stone and open to the garden.

Opposite to the landscaped garden the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located of 25 square meters each with private dressing room of 10 square meters and a semi open-air bathroom. Once more the large bay windows give great luminosity and views to the garden and pool.

The dominant colors are mole – beige – natural cement, and the Omni presence of noble materials such as leather, flax, and velvet bring a timeless elegance and an undeniable luxurious style: leather armchairs, tables in purple wood, and mother-of-pearl lights. The living room also serves as an art gallery exposing a collection of local works of art and craftsmanship.

On the other side of the private pool is the Spa Pavilion with three massage beds.

Each villa’s private swimming pool features a Jacuzzi with powerful jets, and there are lotus ponds and other water features in each of the “Water Spa Villas”. A 50-meter lap pool is shared by and accessible from all five villas.

Water Spa Villas II to IV
“Water Spa Villas II to IV” each consist of two buildings and an open pavilion with a traditional thatched roof. The main building accommodates the bedrooms, the other building the kitchen and open plan dining & living area furnished with a dining table for 4 persons and comfortable sofas with soft cushions. Both building overlook the swimming pool and tropical garden and the open spa pavilion.

Each villa’s private swimming pool features a Jacuzzi, and there are lotus ponds and other water features in each villa. Along the border facing north, there is a 50-meter lap pool shared by and accessible from all five villas.

Water Spa Villas V

The “Water Spa Villas II to IV” has one master bedroom and one study/2nd bedroom with convert-able sofa beds and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a four-poster queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite marble bathroom with a large shower (two shower heads) and a large sunken bath tub set within a lotus pond.

The study/2nd bedroom is separated by a sliding glass door and thick curtains. It features two convertible sofa beds. It has its own marble bathroom with two sinks, bathtub and shower.

The three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms of the “Water Spa Villa V” are set next to each other in a separate building and overlook the garden and the private swimming pool. There are one master bedroom, one guest bedroom and a study/3rd. bedroom with convertible sofa beds – to accommodate up to 6 guests in total.

The master bedroom has a queen-size four-poster bed, a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite marble bathroom with double sinks, a large open-air shower with two shower heads and a large sunken bath tub set under the stars within a lotus pond.

The main guest bedroom is next to the living/dining area, overlooking a pond. It has a marble bathroom with two sinks and a sunken bath tub also set within a lotus pond. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, a refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. Bedrooms and study are air-conditioned. In the master bedroom you find a 32″ LCD TV set connected to a satellite system to receive over 50 international news programs, sports and movie channels (VCD and DVD players and a selection of movies are available on request). The main bedroom is situated on the first floor coming with en-suite bathroom, and connecting access to swimming pool. The first floor also comprises private kitchen, dining room, and living room with full entertainment features from 32″ flat screen televisions with international channels to CD and DVD player.

On the second floor, the two guestrooms are located; the first guestroom comes with en-suite bathroom and private balcony. The second guestroom has separated bathroom and shower. The three-bedroom villas have one air-conditioned studio room upstairs that can be converted into bedroom sleep to one additional person or as entertainment room. Villa Anyar
The largest villa on the estate has beautiful mature gardens, a large pool with a spacious deck and bale, indoor and outdoor entertaining areas and four stylish, light-filled bedrooms. The luxury Bali villa is laid out on three floors. On the ground floor a self-contained kitchen, one king-size bedroom, a living area and an elegant garden bathroom can be enclosed to create a private apartment. This leads out through folding glass doors to a terrace that wraps around the house and features a barbecue area and a pool table.

Upstairs another large terrace offers fantastic views of the surrounding rice fields, the garden and pool. The outdoor dining area leads from an open kitchen where a cook offers full time catering or guests can enjoy preparing their own meals. A spacious lounge area surrounded by folding glass doors can be left open to the fresh breezes or closed to enjoy air-conditioned comfort. Choose from a large library of movies and watch on the flat screen TV, sinking into deeply cushioned sofas.
