Seminyak double six beach has daily spectacular sunsets and is only a few hundred meters from Anakula Villas Bali. The Villas
All villas (3 units two bedrooms villa) are appointed with wonderful contemporary design. The living and dining areas are open into the pool area while each bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom. This single-storey 2-bedroom villa area is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the laid-back lifestyle for which Bali has become so famous.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has its own day bed, dressing area and fully equipped ensuite bathroom. The villa is equipped with a flat screen cable TV, a DVD/CD player, a safe deposit box, and a wi-fi internet connection.

A large connecting garden gate door links 2 villas, joining the two properties, when required, to form a 4-bedroom villa.

The Living Rooms

Located amidst verdant rice paddies, NEFATARI consists of five villas, three single units and two family villas. The villas are constructed in traditional Balinese design using indigenous materials such as stone, teakwood, camphor wood and bamboo. Each villa is finished with a naturally insulating, fragrant Balinese “alang-alang” roof.

Nefatari is approximately a 50-minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport and is located in the upland area of Ubud, know worldwide as Bali’s artistic and cultural heart. It is just a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk from Nefatari to central Ubud.

There is much for a visitor to see and do in Ubud, whether it be visiting one of Ubud’s many art galleries, artist’s studios, museums, boutiques, or sampling delicious fare in one of the many restaurants that abound here in Ubud. The visitor to Ubud may attend traditional dance performances that are held each and every day or perhaps explore the myriad Hindu temples in the area. One can often find traditional festivals being held in the outlying villages or see a religious procession winding its way along the narrow streets. A stroll through the surrounding age-old ’sawahs’, or rice paddies, is an adventure in discovery as is a leisurely walk through the nearby villages of Singakerta and Penestanan, with their many art shops and studios and the ever-friendly residents.

Our motto,”Balinese tradition with modern touch”, will most certainly be what guests will experience while staying at NEFATARI.

All five villas are tastefully appointed with custom-made teak furnishings created by Balinese and Javanese craftsmen. The interiors are decorated with Balinese artwork and hand-loomed wall hangings of traditional design. All villas boast their own swimming pool, terrace and private walled garden.

This quite, safe, fashionable area is twenty-five minutes drive from the international airport, and convenient for all of the main shops, tourist attractions and vibrant nightspots. The villas are just few minutes walk from the sweeping Seminyak Beach, well-know for its world-class surf breaks and panoramic coastline views. A wide choice of internationally renowned fine dining restaurants, including the famous Ku De Ta, Hu’u, Living Room, and La Lucciola are also all within a short walking distance.

Description of Villas
Akara Villas comprises nice contemporary one-bedroom villas, together with one executive three-bedroom villa, each with a private swimming pool. The villas have been carefully constructed to very high specifications, utilizing local materials, combined with modern amenities and top-quality fixtures and fittings. Designed by Dean Kempnich, the style combines the very best of Balinese architectural elements with contemporary flair, bold decor and elegant finishes.

The villas offer total privacy with a blend of outdoor living around the pool and air-conditioned comfort in the bedrooms. Each spacious, luxury villa sits discretely within its own secure walled garden, accessed by a private entrance. Rich fabrics, Indonesian artifacts, modern sculptures and stylish, comfortable furnishings grace polished terrazzo and natural wood floors, while colorful local artwork adorns the walls. Guests’ needs are channels, together with a DVD and quality sound system. There is also a TV in each bedroom, a safe deposit box, and a thoughtful array of bathroom amenities.

Each swimming pool is lined with green Sukabumi stone, flanked by an ironwood timber deck, and presided over by ‘bale’ – a traditional Balinese relaxation pavilion. These raised, breezy gazebos are furnished with deep cushions, and are perfect for chilling out and reading a book. Sunny courtyard gardens are planted with sweet-scented frangipanis and flowering tropical shrubs. Open-air living and dining pavilions, with broad Serai stone pillars, are positioned adjacent to fully-fitted Western kitchens, each equipped with an oven, a four-burner gas hob, a refrigerator, a good range of utensils, and quality tableware. The sumptuous semi open-air bathrooms are characterized by cream marble walls and floors, twin ceramic washbasins, powerful rain showers, and oversized bathtubs.
