Each villa in Villa Bunga Desa estate boasts open living areas, tactfully situated for optimum views of the stunning scenery, yet all of the villas are fully protected from the elements. Every detail is immaculately taken into account. Promoting a feel of antiquity, the estate makes tasteful use of many of the prolific natural resources Indonesia has to offer, including bamboo, alang-alang (thatch), serap (ironwood), terrazzo, terracotta, palimanan stone, and benkrai wood. The furniture and decorations are composed of museum quality art and artifacts from Indonesia.
The grounds of the estate are covered in lush tropical gardens and a manicured lawn. Timor statues stand guard over a 12×4 meter overflow pool and accompanying relaxation bale. Fruit trees of every variety speckle the property, and tucked to one corner is a thriving vegetable garden, which provides fresh produce for your meals. If you prefer to swim or surf in the sea, a private bamboo raft is provided to ferry you over the small lagoon to the secluded beach.
